Meet Kelly Brown – Staging, Service & the Art of Making Homes Shine

I’ve known Kathy and CJ Stauffer for more than 25 years, but officially joined Team Stauffer in 2021. It felt like the most natural fit — a team built on trust, family values, and a shared love of helping people feel at home.

Before stepping into real estate, my background was in customer service and merchandising, which turned out to be the perfect foundation for what I do today. I handle all the prep work that goes into listing a home — from the initial walk-through and decluttering to occupied or full-service home staging. Every property has a story, and my goal is to make sure it shines before it ever hits the market.

Working alongside Kathy and CJ has been an incredible experience. After decades of success in Blaine and Semiahmoo, they’ve truly perfected the art of real estate done differently — a full-service, concierge-style approach that makes our clients’ lives easier at every step. I’m learning from the best, and every day reminds me why I love what I do: helping our clients transform their homes, reduce stress, and get the results they deserve.
