Life Centers Around the Bay

The bay is the heart of everything. When the tide goes out, the beach seems to go on forever, and families head out to explore. Crabbing, kayaking, paddleboarding and long beach walks are all part of the lifestyle.

Birch Bay State Park adds trails, beach access and camping, and the sunsets over the water are some of the best in the county.

The Types of Homes You’ll Find

• Waterfront and water-view condos along and near Birch Bay Drive, many popular as second homes
• Beach cottages and cabins with plenty of character
• Single-family homes in established neighborhoods and newer developments a little farther from the water
• Gated and planned communities with their own amenities and HOA rules
