When you sell with us, we don’t simply tell you what needs to be done and leave you with a list.

We help.

That might mean Kelly staging your home using a combination of your own furniture and pieces from our staging collection. It might mean our concierge crew helping pack boxes, declutter a garage, make donation runs or tackle the little things that can feel overwhelming when you’re preparing to move.

We coordinate professional photography, help get the house ready to shine and market it with the care we would want if it were our own.

And Then There’s Everything After Closing

This is where we think real estate should look a little different.

Need the name of a painter six months after you move in? Call us.

Can’t remember who we recommended for a repair? Text us.

Need help figuring out who to call for landscaping, cleaning, a contractor or something else around the house? Chances are, we know someone.

And sometimes you don’t need anything at all. We still want to see you.

Over the years, clients become friends. We stay connected through community events, phone calls, visits and referrals. We get to help their kids buy homes. We sell homes we’ve sold before. We welcome people back when life brings them to Whatcom County again.

Those relationships are one of our favorite parts of this business.
